A production delay or meetings postponed due to bank holidays in different countries are all part of the difficulties related to working in a zone that has no frontiers. The teams in New Delhi, Beirut, Paris and Chicago must find a timeslot for a meeting; the world is expanding, and the global meeting must be handled as if it were local. This challenge can be met by applying a work protocol that includes knowing the cultural habits of the other team members, who will in turn respect our own habits and customs.
