In literature, the master of negotiation through laughter is Merlin the wizard. Several times, on his way to prison, he looked at people around him and laughed. In exchange for an explanation of that laughter he was given his freedom. Laughter is a power, a charm, a manipulation. Depending on the context, it can arm or disarm.
This short session provides tools allowing participants to analyze the phenomenon of laughter and to learn how to control this powerful social tool.
