Professional well-being is now referred to in corporate life as QWL, or “Quality Of Working Life”. How may QWL be reached? One of the poisons of workplaces is silence between colleagues. Silence is at times toxic or manipulative but at times also expressive of calm, serenity and harmony.
This brief session provides a tool allowing participants to analyze the type of silence they find themselves in and take control again when another colleague tries to use that silence for domination purposes.
In this session, about as many as 15 different types of silence are deciphered and participants receive the keys to their analysis. Understanding these destabilizing situations frees them from the effects they will no longer have to endure.
