1. The fundamentals of communication<\/h3>\n

You will study how messages are constructed, received, and interpreted, both overtly and covertly. The focus is not merely on what is said, but on how it is said, to whom, and with what effect.<\/p>\n

Emphasis is placed on subtle dynamics: tone, implied meaning, conversational structure, and the psychological distance between speaker and listener. Participants will work with methods drawn from The Guide to Overt and Covert Speech (Dr Korall), applying these to real-world workplace scenarios.

2. Cognition, cultural frameworks, and human interpretation<\/h3>\n

This module introduces foundational insights into cognitive development and early mental patterning. You will explore how individual worldviews form, how cultural logic systems operate, and how these shape perception and response in professional environments.<\/p>\n

The aim is not to generalise, but to sharpen your interpretive skill: to recognise difference early and to respond with precision.
