It offers a structured, intellectually grounded path toward intercultural fluency. It is designed for professionals who work in multinational teams, serve diverse populations, or manage complex interpersonal dynamics in an international context.<\/p>\n

1. Diagnostic inquiry:<\/strong> uncovering hidden frameworks<\/p>\n

Module 1 focuses on diagnostic inquiry. You will learn to construct questions that uncover underlying assumptions, map cognitive frameworks, and reveal motivations that are not openly stated.<\/p>\n

Emphasis is placed on identifying implied or indirect speech and responding appropriately.<\/p>\n

Tools are drawn from The Guide to Overt and Covert Speech (Dr Korall), and participants are encouraged to apply these principles to their own workplace scenarios.

2. Cognitive bridging:<\/strong> connecting across logic systems<\/p>\n

This session addresses cognitive development and the early formation of individual logic systems. Participants will learn how internal frameworks are shaped\u2014not only by culture, but by early developmental processes\u2014and how these influence professional expectations and communication styles.<\/p>\n

The focus is on bridging, not flattening, difference: learning where, when, and how to connect across intellectual and behavioural norms.

3. Applied perception:<\/strong> the PROFICQ method<\/p>\n

The third module provides a practical toolkit for real-time interpretation. Participants will engage in structured exercises to identify how others construct their worldview, and to formulate questions that reduce ambiguity, build rapport, and resolve conflict.<\/p>\n
